Filming for the BBC Series Open Gardens

7 July 2007 - The Fourth Day

The fourth visit by the film crew for Open Gardens was another progress report on the garden a couple of weeks before our open day on the 22nd of July. Alan and I were filmed doing a few jobs in the garden including trimming box in pots, mowing and tying in new shoots of honeysuckle on our new woodland pergola.

If you pay us a visit on our open day on the 22nd of July between 11am and 5pm you might end up on televison. The film crew will be here for most of the day and will be doing interviews with visitors as well as filming last minute preparartions.
