Filming for the BBC Series Open Gardens

10 April 2007 - The Second Day

Carol Klein visited the garden for the second day of filming for the new series of Open Gardens for the BBC. She is delightful and so easy to talk to. The above photo shows her doing her introduction and I have to say I felt quite proud watching her talking about our garden.

The above photo shows us sitting on the bench in the prairie garden where she interviewed me about why the garden is important to me and how I feel about opening for the National Gardens Scheme.

This photo shows us being filmed while discussing planting up the steep slope behind the cottage.
